PreWork Screens (PWS) and WorkFIT Return to Work Screens
What are WorkWell’s PWS and WorkFIT? They are functional tests to determine an individual’s ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a specific job. The PWS is used at time of hire, post offer/pre-hire. A WorkFIT screen is used to determine an injured employee’s ability to return to work following an injury or illness.
