Britt

Over the past 10+ years as a personal trainer, I have cultivated a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals and improve their well-being. As I advanced my professional education, I discovered a growing interest in empowering individuals to regain functional independence and return to the activities they love.

I have a particular focus on Women’s Health, including but not limited to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, post-menopausal care, urinary incontinence, pain with intercourse, and other pelvic floor dysfunction. Additionally, I’m dedicated to using manual therapy techniques to assist patients dealing with pain and injuries, helping them alleviate discomfort and restore optimal function.
